How to use

MAX 8000 is a program, not a shelf of unrelated products. Get these four things right and the line does what it is designed to do.

1. Match the formula to the crop stage

Before planting — build the soil SOIL MAX 8000
After planting — establish roots ROOT MAX 8000
Vegetative growth — build the frame GROW MAX, SHOOT MAX, LEAF MAX
Before storms / heavy fruit load STEM MAX 8000
Flowering push FLOWER MAX 8000
After fruit set — hold the fruit CAL MAX 8000
Fill and finish FRUIT MAX 8000
Stressed plants, chemical shock, post-harvest RECOVER MAX 8000 (with ROOT MAX)

Skipping soil and roots is the single most common reason a feeding program underperforms. Nutrition applied above ground cannot fix a root system that was never built.

2. Mix at the printed rate — dilute beats strong

Every product page lists the rate for four crop groups: vegetables and ornamentals, rice, industrial crops, and fruit trees. Rates are given per 25-litre (6.6 gallon) sprayer, per acre and per 1,000 m².

  • Measure. Do not estimate by hand or by cap.
  • If you want a stronger response, add an application — do not raise the concentration. Over-concentrated foliar feed burns leaf margins and can shock the plant.
  • Trying a formula for the first time? Treat a small block first, wait one to two days, then treat the rest.
  • Do not tank-mix several products at random. Incompatible mixes can precipitate out and damage foliage.

3. Apply at the right time of day

  • Early morning or late afternoon. Leaf pores open when it is cool; they close in midday heat.
  • Not before rain. Give the application a few dry hours to be taken up.
  • Wet the underside of the leaf. That is where most uptake happens. Use a fine mist until the leaf is evenly wet, not running off.
  • During full bloom, spray lightly and avoid spraying directly into open flowers.

4. Respect the pre-harvest interval

Stop feeding and spraying well before picking. This matters for food safety and for shelf life — and for leafy crops, wash produce before it goes to market.

Handling and storage

  • Wear gloves and a dust mask when mixing powder. Avoid contact with eyes. Wash hands after use.
  • Store in a cool, dry place with the lid closed. Keep out of reach of children.
  • Not a food product. Do not eat or drink.

MAX 8000 products are plant nutrition and soil-conditioning fertilizers. They are not pesticides and do not treat or cure plant disease. Results vary with crop, variety, soil, weather and growing practice. Always read the directions printed on the product before use.
